Mentoring
We have successfully led youth mentoring initiatives in the Greater Richmond Region through partnerships with local public and charter schools including those located in the Richmond, Henrico and Chesterfield County Public Schools
Giving
The 423 Fund is not only established to provide financial support to students, but also to non-profits engaged in thoughtful, relevant and innovative programming for youth. Our goal is to extend the reach of promising initiatives we believe are demonstrating a positive impact on the communities of the Greater Richmond Region.
Community Engagement
Need speakers or panelists for your next career day or conference? Our board is comprised of leaders representing multiple disciplines, and are ready to engage your students, staff or event participants. Disciplines include: Education, mentoring, engineering, management, and entrepreneurship.
